Quiet, comfortable. Wish we were staying more than 1 quick night. Would have liked to use the pool, jacuzzi and fitness center.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to have a jetted tub in our room. It was nice to have a sliding glass door to a small patio for the room as well and made it easier to get our bags the first night. Stacks the restaurant attached to the hotel was also nice, but only served until 2:00pm. It was also great that door dash delivered to the hotel and brought it directly to our room. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi each night and liked they had an adult only time, so it was less stressful.

We liked the location, easy access off of I-95, and about 15 minutes away from the touristy area of Portland. We also liked having the Stacks restaurant attached. They opened early in the morning, which was great for us because we like to get early starts to our day. I needed more shampoo at one point, and the one person behind the main desk was able to give me more toiletries with no issue.

The room was large and pleasant, with plenty of room for everything we brought. Double beds were comfortable. We loved the clean hot tubs! Front desk staff were friendly, arranged for an early check-in and late check-out with no hassle, and were quick to help us when we locked our keys in the room. The card keys worked on the first try every time, unlike most places we've stayed. We appreciated the grab bars and good hot shower in the clean bathroom. Adequate free parking. The adjoining restaurant was convenient and the food was good. Overall a great place for our micro-vacation!

Me and my family loved our stay at your Ramada Plaza hotel in Maine Portland, the tranquility, the property of the room, swimming pool, jaccuzi, the bathrooms, the restaurant had good food with generous portions. the receptionists at reception were professional but lacked a smile. a big thank you for your services and to the entire team of staff at your hotel, a huge thank you to the lady in the room maintenance department who was very smiling, welcoming, kind to my children and to us. I wish you good luck and I will recommend your hotel with pleasure to my family and friends because your services deserve to become popular in Canada and the USA, even a good address for international tourists.

The pool, fitness center, fireplace by door, coffee station by door, coffee set up in room. Gorgeous blossoming apple trees outside and the porches.

We loved the location because it was close to where we needed to go. We also liked the fact this hotel had a pool and hot tub, but we didn't have the chance to use either one this time. We found the beds to be very comfortable for our family, but the covers were quite thin. All of the faculty were very kind as well.

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The facility is showing signs of wear but is mostly clean. The restaurants were both very good. Bed was comfortable, room had everything we needed. Good place if you need a place to lay your head for a couple nights.

A clean pool and warm hot tub were pleasant additions to our well-priced hotel room. Off season certainly lowered the rates, but this price is good for hot tub, Jacuzzi and pool. They also swapped our room at no extra cost when we said that the room had a smoke smell and we'd like the Jacuzzi. Was very kind of them
